If there was a negative for this customer service this is what it would get . The Black man at the window was very impolite and rude , just because my partner asked for a little bit Oreo on top of his Oreo Ice Cap . Very unpleasant service at this Tim Hortons in Chandler Qc and none of them speak English or try to . We are not obliged to talk in French if we do not want to . Every employee should have a name tag so we know who to complain about . The two other black women and the manager were very rude as well , i can’t believe this is what we get for customers service now days , incredibly disgusting. They should be fired , the manager or boss should know who to hire for their teams and bilingual . The only person that understood us was the baker a white man , very nice and understanding. Yesterday we went for an ice coffee and they gave it hot so my partner went back in and exchanged, the black girl was talking about yesterday problem, if you cannot satisfy your the customer do not work in customer service. The white guy the baker should be promoted to manager because this is unacceptable getting awful service by these three black people & the manager . Now i understand why Starbucks is so expensive better customer service and also better coffee. If we knew the name of the workers we would write them down but they did not want to give us their names . All i have to say is i hope they get fired . I am perfectly bilingual but for someone who is not , it is very difficult for someone to discuss what they want or need .
