Completely incompetent staff. Take 15 mins per order. One person working cash will 3 are talking and joking at the drive through when therea absolutely nobody. Completely disorganized staff. Probably the worse Tim Hortons I have event been to. Ended up leaving after 25 mins in line and not having placed my order

I wish there is a zero stars option. Very slow staff, +30 minutes wait for the cashier to take your order. You ask a question and staff jumps at you with zero respect. Customer service does not exist in this place, or at least with the man in the front cash. You can not expect a happy customer when they have been waiting for 30 minutes and you haven't even acknowledge the customer is in front of you. Some manners are to be applied. While all this disgusting, uncomfortable and unnecessary moment was happening, the manager was just stating and smiling. Completely disrespectful place. Of you do not like to work under pressure or you dont have customer service then find another job.

I would give 0 star. They say they are open 24h and when you get there after a long ride it’s closed and no one there even the drive thru! Ridiculous update your website before letting people waste their time and money!
