Every one is nice smiling while taking order But Emma is stand out for me. She is the best example of employee. She was so very very nice.

Apparently, asking for a receipt here is an invitation to be yelled at. I tried to resolve the issue with the manager, but her "empathy" was as cold as a forgotten coffee. I was told I could just leave once I had the receipt. Message received—I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

This Tim Hortons has the fastest drive thru in the area. Very friendly staff and my order is always correct. They are so efficient it amazes me.

Should change the time for being able to go inside because they do not open at 5am.

Hi, I tried to reach the location by phone because I wanted to inquire about a lost wallet but it kept ringing once than hanging up. What is the use of a phone if no one answers. Thanks
