They are very slow, especially during peak periods like early morning from 7am to 8am. DO NOT do mobile order, they don't even prepare them when you ask on the app whether you want your order prepared "now" (meaning ready when you enter) or in 10 mins. She said "I'll make it now", 15 minutes later I finally got my order.

Every time I come here they don't speak French and when I speak in English they barely understand. Everytime I have the wrong order or missing half my items because they could'nt understand what I wanted. Really disappointing.

Every one is nice smiling while taking order But Emma is stand out for me. She is the best example of employee. She was so very very nice.

Apparently, asking for a receipt here is an invitation to be yelled at. I tried to resolve the issue with the manager, but her "empathy" was as cold as a forgotten coffee. I was told I could just leave once I had the receipt. Message received—I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

This Tim Hortons has the fastest drive thru in the area. Very friendly staff and my order is always correct. They are so efficient it amazes me.
