So Ive been going here for about 2 years, every day cause the one closer to me didnt know how to make an iced capp and customer service went downhill over the years. Never had much of a problem, except for consistency of hoe to make one (but volume has never been an issue) until today. WTH is this? Unreal (won't let me attach pic, but I posted it seperately) ... over $10 and you cant even fill the cup to the line? I saw the woman put the stuff in the cup and the younger guy went over and tried to divide what she had already in the cup before mixing it. If you knew they weren't measured right and even looked at them after, yet still gave them to me, you knew you were ripping us off. Derek and James are the only 2 that know how to do the job correctly. James is the only one who can make an iced capp the exact same taste, colour, consistency and volume every single time.

I try to only give 5 star reviews and the staff is great but please put Apple fritters in a separate bag. I Pay $6 for a donut and a muffin ( crazy) and they are thrown in the same bag with apple fritter all over the muffin. 1st world problem I know but really should be standard practice.
The staff is very friendly and punctual. I always get coffee from these guys on the Madawaska Rd., Tim Hortons for breakfast. My wife always orders the three cream chocolate shot and vanilla shot with a sleeve. I’m so thankful they are close to where we live.

⸻ I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a great experience. Madison, who has red hair, provided excellent customer service. She was very friendly, polite, and welcoming. She handled my order quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Madison with the red hair was a pleasure to deal with when she served us our coffee. Very friendly and made sure our coffees were made correctly
