How can I contact head office or a manager at this location I ordered an iced chai latte and got an iced coffee or something. When I asked the lady working the cash if she could remake it because it tasted like coffee and coffee and I don’t get along she wouldn’t remake it as it was an “iced chai latte” she made. So now I just spent $4 on a drink that I can’t even drink.

Absolutely amazing Tim Hortons location. Staff were extremely kind on a friday morning. Caring and patient. The shelves were stacked, order came in super quick and it made me want to get out of my way next time I go through the area to hit this timmies. Nice work guys, keep it up 👌
