I visited this Tim Hortons in Sherbrooke and ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches along with 2 Ice Capps. The farmer’s sandwich was fine and the egg and cheese biscuit was okay, but one sandwich came with only sauce and the biscuit on the side and no egg or cheese at all. I also ordered an Ice Capp with almond milk because I can’t tolerate regular milk. The staff mentioned the machine was having issues, and when the drinks came out they both looked exactly the same, when I took a sip I knew it was NOT almond milk like the server had assured me it was,also there was a sleeve on the cup I assumed to tell the difference,but there was a crack in the cup so the sleeve was to cover the crack. Mistakes happen, but considering the wait time and missing food item, it was disappointing. I hope quality control and order checking can improve.

Sometimes understaffed but despite that the workers do a good job. The restaurant in general does seem to get the concept of mobile ordering. Every time I have ordered ahead at this location they have not started even making my order until I announce myself. Usually by standing in line until I can tell a staff member I am there for a mobile order.

Went through the drive thru and the employee was impatient and snappy. Doesn't listen very well. I ordered a breakfast bagel with sausage and cheese slice and I got refused because you don't heat eggs after 5. My order didn't even have eggs

Everything is fresh as always just a little slow not enough staff to do the orders as fast as other places
