I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. The food quality was extremely poor. The chicken roll had a strong bad smell and was full of oil and grease, making it impossible to eat. The overall kitchen hygiene appeared to be very poor, which was very concerning. We immediately informed the staff about the issue, but instead of addressing the problem professionally, they refused to change or replace the item—even though this was before the bill was prepared. There was no concern for customer satisfaction or food safety. This kind of attitude and lack of hygiene is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not return.

Food is nothing special but acceptable. However, the prices are not cheap and they would not give me a paper bag to carry the food home unless I paid extra. They lost a frequent customer for 25 cents.

DON'T EAT THERE. I got food poisoning at this place. I went there January 16 2026 at 4pm with my boyfriend and his friend. They also had stomach pain but not like me. I got it worst. The food was not hot or warm and had a weird taste to it.
