We had an amazing experience at Rail Restaurant, and Fernando truly made the night exceptional. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He struck the perfect balance of being professional while also making us feel relaxed and taken care of. Fernando’s recommendations were spot on, and he checked in at all the right moments without ever being overbearing. You can tell he really cares about the experience of his guests, and it shows in the level of service he provides. Great food, great atmosphere—but it was Fernando who really made the evening memorable. We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for him again!
Amazing food, not my first time here. I was super disappointed with the behaviour of the waiter, giving attitude from the start. I tried to be understanding because maybe he had a bad day, but once it came time to give me the bill, he threw it at me. I’m honestly very surprised, I have no more words.
Amazing staff always genuinely kind and patient always interact with my kid and make them laugh, food is really good but what really seals the deal is there 10/10 service every waiters ive interacted with where the best

Good spot if you’re at the Playground. The food is solid, and they have a good steak special every Thursday night that’s definitely worth checking out. They also offer a nice selection of drinks. Service has always been great—no complaints there. It does get busy, especially on weekends and even on Thursdays, so it’s best to come early, put your name down, and wait to be called. Once you’re seated, it’s a very enjoyable experience. Overall, a reliable place with good food and great service.

Had a great experience at Rail Restaurant in Kahnawake, Québec. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food absolutely fresh, flavorful, and well presented. A big shoutout to George, the manager, who was fantastic and incredibly helpful throughout the evening. Also, special thanks to our waiter Hassan for the excellent service. Highly recommend this spot if you're in the area!

Went for breakfast and was disappointed. Got my order wrong served me a cold omelet with no apologies . They did reheat my dish yet was not satisfied since it was not what I ordered. The people with me also had a cold breakfast. Just not a good experience.
