My husband John Chilcott and I comes here on a regular. The food service and atmosphere is beyond words. We celebrate our birthday and wedding anniversaries, eating here! The price is like no other. Our waitress tonight was amazing! She stayed back and take your order, not up in your faces, now that professional service at its best. We love everything about the rail. Keep the good work up guys.

Our waitress Tanya was a delight. Very sweet smiling and went above and beyond to service us. Not only did we leave the restaurant with full bellies with yummy food you left very satisfied knowing that the customer service was more than exceptional. We will definitely come back again

The service and food are good but it seems they are cutting back on the portions and they nickel and dime you for everything now. The rail burger is way smaller than it used to be. They charge extra for sweet potatoe fries and then charge you again for spicy mayonnaise. Come on man!.

I’ve always loved coming to the rail but I really find it has declined lately. Every time I come it’s worse and worse, from the food to the service. I came tonight based on the special of the day that was posted on Facebook, Grilled Chicken Banh Mi, the waiter had no idea what I was talking about. No problem, sometimes mistakes happen and I understand that. I ended up ordering a meal with an appetizer, my friend as well. 35 minutes pass, everyone around me has their food, a group that came in 10 mins after we sat all has their food and water (not us), the table beside us has their food, everyone around us seriously! I went to tell a girl look if he forgot to place the order it’s fine I just want to leave, she’s stalling me as the man beside her is going into the kitchen and magically 5-10mins later the food is at our table… I asked to have our main to go, no problem let them start cooking it…….. but they didn’t want to let me cancel….. okay Mr Theodore you’ve made sure it was my LAST time at the rail.

I had the absolute BEST experience thanks to my waitress, Ishiah. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and so genuinely kind. She checked in at all the right times, made amazing recommendations, and made us feel so welcomed and cared for the entire meal. If you’re lucky enough to have Ishiah as your waitress, you’re in for a great experience.
