Management needs to go at hiring or training staff better. I am not a review person so it takes a lot for me to write one. My father in law has a service dog and immediately as soon as we walked through the door the server said that she wouldn’t take us in her side if it was a dog. As a service industry to be met with that as soon as you walk in through the door is unprofessional, you also cannot deny a service dog in ANY public spaces. She obviously needs to be retrained on her ADOA because she came over to the table and said that the service dog needs to be tied down to the table even tho she was not our server. The dog is trained not to move and be alert by the owner which restricts its ability to do its job ( the dog was not running around it was tucked away by the owner). So tell me why if you are so allergic that you put yourself by the dog and go out of your way to talk to us. This offset the mood as there was frustration with the whole interaction. I also wanted to just say our server was great, however she took fault for something that was the kitchens fault. I would not recommend to anyone who needs special accommodations as they seem extremely discriminatory.
