The Manager Pierre-Alexandre Themens is the best Manager that I have encountered in years. We had 6:00 reservation and unfortunately the had run out of prime rib. Pierre-Alexandre came over to our table and explained what had happened, he was very kind and comped us some wine. Even when we were leaving he was at the door and apologized again. We felt he went above and beyond to make our evening more enjoyable. Food was excellent even without the prime rib. Thank you

This is the zillion times I eat at the Keg and provided many reviews before, this time is to simply say what an amazing service we got from Maria, our waitress. 5/5 for service. PS: the 3 is because my wife steak was cooked rare while we asked for medium rare!

I’m we take 4 Hambourger take out 3 of them was burn wowwwww this is grazy you pay over $$$ and you get burn hamburger and they call them self cooks come one pls !

Very good food They don't refill the clients cups of water automatically.... I had to ask The soda's were flat they had trouble trying to get the carbonation of the soda Dessert menu is long Helpful waiter's with explaining the menu

The prices are extremely high for what is offered. Small portions, average taste, and no attention to detail. You can find much better quality elsewhere for half the price. Definitely not worth it.

Food amazing, service 👍, we made reservations beginning on January for Valentine's Day, we were 20 min early,but gave us a table in the bar, wasn't happy, it wasn't what I wanted for Valentine's Day, a little noise, TV right in front of me.

Been here many times, never have had a bad visit. The service is always good and the food obviously is great. Usually has some good cocktails as well. Can be loud at times.
