Extremely amazing service. Food on point as almost always. The Keg isy go to whenever I'm in a place that has one I go. The steak was cooked to perfection, vegetables crispy but cooked and baked potato was well cooked and starter Caesar was excellent.

Our experience was a 5/5. Vincent was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of no matter how busy it got. Food was amazing. Definitely recommend!

This picture is a 56 dollar steak that I was served. It was dark in the restaurant but to me it looked almost raw. I ordered medium well done. I took it to go and enjoyed the potatoes and mushrooms. I threw it out though as it just looked and tasted raw with NO salt or pepper. The drinks were great! Take a look!

Absolutely love this place. Make sure to reserve because it’s very popular. We have tried many of their steaks over time and we’ve loved every single one. Their service is always on point. Waiters super attentive. Their portions are very generous and the food is really tasty. Try the lobster it’s delicious!!

Had a great night at The Keg Downtown! The Rib Steak was absolutely perfect — juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly right. The Tuna Tartare wasn’t my favorite appetizer, but everything else made up for it. Update: Tonight was my girlfriend’s birthday, so we went to this restaurant. Our waiter was Jason. After I told him it was my girlfriend’s birthday and I wanted to order a cake, he said he’d bring one as a surprise. I only asked for a candle on it. He told me not to order it myself. Unfortunately, he never brought anything and just handed me the bill. This ruined our once-a-year birthday night and really embarrassed me in front of her. I’m writing this to let you know I come here at least weekly—whether for drinks or their incredible steaks—but one unprofessional waiter has completely ruined my night and my view of this restaurant.

Came in for my friend’s birthday 2 hours prior to closing and had a good experience. Nathan was a delight! My only complaint would be hearing a female server comment on guests coming in near closing. That’s not good service and didn’t feel very welcoming. Apart from that, the food and drinks tasted great and our server was amazing.

I would like to share my experience at The Keg Ville-Marie, and I can genuinely say this from the heart. First of all, The Keg is one of my absolute favorite restaurants and truly my number one choice in Canada. I visit nearly every location across Ontario and Quebec, and without hesitation, I can confidently say that The Keg Ville-Marie is the best location I have ever experienced. A huge part of this is thanks to Vincent. This is the third time Vincent has served me, and every single visit has been exceptional. I genuinely look forward to coming here, to the point that I think about it even before I fly from Toronto to Montreal and I specifically request Vincent to be my server. I work in the hospitality industry myself, and I can easily recognize excellence. Vincent stands out as one of the brightest professionals in the restaurant. His attention to detail, professionalism, warmth, consistency, and genuine care for guests are remarkable. He represents true hospitality at its highest level, and I sincerely wish him continued success and growth. Thank you to The Keg Ville-Marie team for the outstanding service, incredible food, and beautiful atmosphere. This is a very well deserved review, and I truly appreciate every moment I spend here.

I & a few friends had the pleasure of dining at The Keg (PVM location) last night & had an absolutely wonderful time. On our own, our group laughs all the time & our server, Jason, sized us up immediately & was absolutely amazing!! His wit, sense of humor, attentiveness, recommendations, the service, the food, the drinks, the ambience... was perfection! Even the manager... who was extremely busy, briefly stopped by our table for a moment. From A-Z it was a wonderful dining experience! I Highly recommend it!! We'll 100% be going back for more!

Took my daughter to the Keg PVM this past Sunday. The server, like many, took our orders using memory, not notepad. Our order was simple yet she forgot each of our sides, so she came back, twice, to confirm. Whenever we wanted another drink, we had to go find her. They still brought the wrong side for my daughter and the bacon surrounding the filet mignon was half raw and chewy. Once we were done, plates cleared, once again had to go find her for the bill. Thereafter, received a survey from The Keg which I completed honestly giving it a 3 star service. Someone emailed me promptly saying to call them and they'd make it right. I replied to the email, twice, over the last 2 days asking when is a good time and their name as there was no name in the email. Tonight I called the number...whoever answered it wasn't the keg and had no idea what I was talking about. Very disappointing.
