Went here for dinner and it was really good!!! The server Jacob was very nice and friendly! The top sirloin was dry because it was thin but they made up for it!

Good service, decent food. We had made reservations for 4 on Valentine's Day. 2 adults, 2 kids. When we got there, they looked up our reservations and said it was at the bar, which is 18+ so that wasn't going to work. Fortunately, it was early, and Esteban found us another table in the restaurant after a few minutes. Initially they were a bit dismissive that the reservations were done on open table, and not directly with the restaurant - but the restaurant web site uses open table, so that felt a bit dumb. The food was good, as expected. The blender was broken, apparently, so no smoothie for the kids, and an order for Pineapple juice turned into an orange juice - I guess the bartender was having a bad day. Server was very nice and prompt and attentive. We got comped a nice piece of cake for the daughter's birthday. Overall a good experience.

Same menu as most other keg restaurants I've been to. Service here was top notch! I never went thirsty, my cup was always refilled. Service of the food was quick! Cesar salad was delicious. Steak was cooked to order. And ofcourse Billy minor pie was fabulous as always. Nice treat!

Great steak place. We ordered the côte de boeuf (10 oz), surlonge, and the salmon plate. Everything was excellent—from the salads to the side vegetables and fries. We finished with dessert: the Tarte Billy, an iced mocha dessert, which was the perfect ending. Highly recommend.

Our experience at The KEG started off very good, as we (on request) got assigned a cozy table, had a lovely waitress who also helped us with food allergies and even the manager coming to our table to inform us of the allergi accommodate allergies. Unfortunately, several service faux-pas then ruined our anniversary night bit by bit. First, our waitress forgot that we had ordered starters, so the main and the wine we ordered with it, came much earlier as expected and didn’t allow us really to finish our first drink in peace. The food, tough being tasty, got cold within a few minutes, so we had to eat half of our (expensive) dish cold, with no waiter in sight to ask for a possible reheat. The same issue occured as we wanted to order the bill, it took 15mins until I got up to find somebody to order it. Even if we wanted, we couldnt have ordered another drink without waiting for another 20-30mins it seemd. What started of as a lovely night unfortunately turned into a disappointing evening and in the end being way too expensive for what it was.

Excellent service, great food, very friendly and helpful staff. One person in our party safers from a serious allergy but they managed to get her a full 3 courses meal with no hesitation. Thank you, we definitely recommend the place for any occasion

Visiting from out of town and had a $100 gift card so came here to use it, and we were not disappointed! We both ordered the keg classic which is one of the steaks or prime rib with starter salad and choice of side. The ice berg wedge with blue cheese is amazing, and the only side to get is the twice baked potato. Absolutely amazing but fair warning it was huge and hard to finish. We had a bottle of Bordeaux with dinner also and our server made sure we never had half-empty glasses. Was very impressed with all staff here and nice ambience of this location! Well done.

Front of the house and service was great and the food was good but they severely overcooked two of our steaks and took a while to replace. Most of our party was done eating. The waiter and manager apologized but still not a great experience for the price you pay. Also please specify the escargots is a curry based sauce.

Excellent service (English and French) and great food. Parking is tricky but that is to be expected with Old Montreal, which has a nice atmosphere.

Wonderful as always! This is our go to place for birthdays and anniversaries. Never disappoints! Our server, Samantha, was incredibly charming - a true gem. As someone who worked in the hospitality industry for many years, I was impressed at how well she described the menu, presented the wine we ordered, the friendly banter, the works. We’ll be repeat for years to come as long as the service and quality remain as it is now 💯

Been to many Kegs before but this one tops it! Usually you get a very corporate environment but the one in Montreal Vieux port had a very cozy feel to it and a different interior design. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the food was excellent! I am not a steak guy but had to pull the trigger once i saw the “Chicago style” which basically add a mildly burnt crust with a perfectly cooked medium rare interior - it was the perfect Christmas dinner! Highly recommend this location 10/10
