I ordered a brown sugar boba milk. The photo clearly shows milk tea with brown sugar boba (and that’s literally the name), but what I received was just milk tea - no boba at all. If the drink doesn’t come with boba, it shouldn’t be shown in the picture. This was my first time ordering here, and honestly, it’ll be my last. Update after owner’s response: I appreciate the quick response. However, you mentioned that boba is included with brown sugar drinks, but as I mentioned earlier, there was no boba in my order. I only received milk tea with the topping I added (grass jelly). I ordered two brown sugar drinks, and both were missing boba. I’m honestly not sure how this happened. I just want to understand, as it was quite disappointing to receive the order this way.
