I went today May 31st to get two chicken pad Thai’s with no egg. I take it to go and as I get home I see that it is NOT what I ordered at ALL. There are big chunks of “ chicken” and there are eggs in it + there is no flavour to the food at all! I love Thai express and this one in Sherbrooke actually sucks so much. If you compare it to what it should actually taste/look like to what it is, this is plain rude.

Love the variety here! There are so many options to customize your meal. I tried the General Thai Chicken this time, and it was excellent—perfectly crispy with just the right amount of spice. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of the menu!

Excellent food and service! The shrimp Pad Thai was delicious and the ingredients, especially the vegetables, were noticeably fresh. Fast turnaround time and the environment is very clean and quiet. A great spot for a high-quality, peaceful meal.

Date of visit was July 8, 2025. Employee was very unprofessional and needs training. First when I walked into the store at the counter, he was flirting with another male employee. I asked for a can of coconut water like the one displayed at the front counter. He gave me a different one from the refridgerator. I said no thanks, it is not the same and was about to request something else. He insisted that it was the same so I politely said no, told him that it was a different brand and that the one he gave me has added sugar and a higher sugar content. He proceeded sarcastically to school me that sugar was sugar and that I am not obligated to buy. This was so uncalled for. When he gave me the total for the rest of my order, I just cancelled and went to the neighboring A&W for lunch. This rude and sarcastic behaviour was very disappointing. This young man is bad for business
