This guy seems too over worked and can’t pay attention to the orders. I’ve gone to this location over a dozen times because of location. Ordered a simple pad Thai with extra shrimp and crazy spicy for pickup. He had 5 orders in front of me which is fine. Once finished, The order that I unpacked was not as expected. The container was only 1/2 full which seemed minimal to their usual and counted a total 6 shrimp. I had paid 6$ extra for double that. Also no spice at all whereas I asked for crazy spicy. I normally wouldn’t make a comment like this but this is the 3rd time that I placed the exact same order with the same result. I’ll look at further locations for my business now. I’m done.

I ordered pad tai shrimp with extra broccoli.( Chinese) Got 2 small shrimp. 0 broccoli, and 2 small leaves of Chinese broccoli. Had to go back to resto to have a real one made again with the original one in hand. Awful

Today we ordered our favourite soup Tom Yum, the chicken one l, that we are always ordering. But this evening, the chicken was literally the one grilled and packed (stripes) that you can buy frozen at any grocery. Then overcooked. It tasted nothing! A mix of garbage! Usually we have had the real, perfectly cooked chicken breast meat, the same they are using in the Pod Thai dish. I immediately called the restaurant to report that and to ask why did change their brand main product to this garbage. But guess what! The guy was trying to fool me that “No, we didn’t change anything!”. I’m so upset, I didn’t ask for a refund or something, but be honest with me! If not, I’m sharing a picture as a prove, hoping you won’t fool customers anymore! Here it is!
