I'm not sure why the reviews of this location are so low. They seems to be largely language barrier and 3rd party delivery issues. I've been to this location many times without issue. Today, we were greated and served quickly and politely. The food was prepared fast and tasted exactly right. There was no shortage of beef or chicken. Sauce was very good and the portions are very big. The location has undergone a rebranding that is clean and modern. Everything was clean. Again, not sure what is driving there bad reviews, I've never had a negative interaction or a bad meal at this location.

Was my first time , my wife recommended that tom yam soup , ordered 4 and something else , the gentleman who served me was very nice , added a little something extra for me in the order , very impressed And that soup was amazing Definitely will be going back. Thanks for the great service Again Super nice service and friendly staff , plus delicious soups

I wonder what psychological issues the employees and owner of this store have? This is the second time I've been there, and they (especially the first one with glasses) rudely yelled at a Latino delivery driver—yes, they really yelled—as if they thought the driver needed their help to earn the order, and therefore felt entitled to display their superiority. I can only say that's a bit psychologically disturbed. The second time I went, I told them I didn't need a fork, just a spoon. The person impatiently threw the food on the counter and said, "Get it yourself!" The bespectacled employee seemed very patriotic, telling a local girl how advanced Chinese technology is now. As someone from China, I felt ashamed of his rude and even insane behavior. And frankly, they should be grateful for the tolerance of the Canadian market and regulations. If this kind of service attitude happened in highly competitive China, they would go out of business in a month. This is my last visit. I've seen many negative reviews on Google, and their replies are all mechanically pasting an official statement and a complaint link. In other words, they don't care at all. Therefore, I don't expect the store or headquarters to give them any advice or make any changes. I will just tell my friends and family to avoid this place.
