I had high hopes since they just reopened. The new place looks nice but the service is bad and food even worse. They took forever to even start making my food and I waited at least 20 minutes to get my it with no warning there would be any wait. My tofu pad se ew barely had any tofu, my spring roll was cold and I got a huge stomach ache later that night. I'm a fan of the chain but I'm never eating at that location again

Huge improvement under new management. Food was excellent, service was friendly, and the place looked clean and well taken care of. Definitely a solid 5-star experience now.

The pad thai here is 🤌. The taste I’ve loved throughout my childhood. The new admin is getting it right. The restaurant is also exceptionally clean.

I had a great experience at this Thai express! There’s a new management team, and you can really see the difference in both the service and the quality of the food. Everything was fresh, delicious, and the staff was very welcoming. I highly recommend this location!

Under the new administration, this Thai and Vietnamese restaurant has truly become a hidden gem. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, with every dish showing great attention to quality and authenticity. The location is excellent and easy to access, making it a perfect spot for both quick lunches and relaxed dinners. On top of that, the service is warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A fantastic experience from start to finish — highly recommended!

Amazing experience with the new owners, the food was the best I have tasted from a Thai Express franchise. The interior is beautifully decorated and there is a real family environment.

Haven’t tried this place in a long time, passed by today. The place has new owners and they raised the bar at the level of quality and service. They have a fresh condiment bar, , lots of chicken in the pad Thai and excellent chef! Highly recommend
