I’ve been a regular customer here, which is why this was especially disappointing. Today I ordered the beef Thai soup and ended up paying $17 for what was essentially broth and noodles. The beef was almost nonexistent. What made it worse is that I saw the preparation, the portion was extremely small to begin with, and the pieces were even cut smaller, which made it feel like an attempt to make it look like more than it actually was. I understand that costs are going up and times are tough, but if prices increase, the quality and portions should remain consistent. That balance just wasn’t there today. Unfortunately, after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
