My first negative review! When I placed my order, everything was fine and I received it without issues. However, there was a problem with communication. The employee had very unclear pronunciation and difficulty speaking, so I couldn’t understand what he was asking in French. After several attempts, I switched to English and realized he was asking if I needed a bill. When I said yes, he responded in an aggressive tone, saying it was “difficult.” I found this behavior unprofessional and unnecessary.
