Finally made it to Terrasse Nelligan! We were lucky enough to snag a table without a reservation, but would absolutely recommend a reservation. Had a perfect martini, and the tuna tartare was amazing; I loved the crispy rice cake it was served with. Our server Amélie was a peach and such a sweetheart- very attentive and helpful with suggestions and checking in

Delicious cocktails, incredible food and wonderful service. Amelie was an absolute gem 💖 If you're looking for the best tuna tartare and lavender lemon cocktail in town, this is the terrasse.

this a nice area and great food. I went there end of September it was a little cold and when they turn on the heaters it make the heads hot. but globally it was nice and I had memorable time there

We arrived around 3 and we didn’t have reservations the girl just told us the earliest she can do it was 8 pm however we were able to do a reservation at open table at 3:30?? Very bad service

We got to terrasse Nelligan for a quick drink, i paid for it right away and we were told it would be out very quickly. Our drinks sat at the bar for approximately 25 minutes without anyone bringing them over, even though we were standing right nearby. We ordered espresso martinis, and they were served in whiskey glasses. We were told, “Sorry sir, we have no more martini glasses,” yet the very next customer received their drink in a martini glass. Whenever we asked for help, we were repeatedly told, “We’re busy,” as if that justified the lack of service. We then waited another 30 minutes just to speak with a manager and get reimbursed, where the manager was too busy to even come out and had someone else do it. In the end, we wasted a significant amount of time, as we had to catch a flight, received extremely poor service, and didn’t even get to enjoy our drinks. For a hotel and venue with Hotel Nelligan’s reputation, this experience was extremely disappointing.

This place is a Joke!! $200 bar bill - 30 minute wait (watched our drinks sit at the bar) - serving Espresso Martinis in scotch glasses?? Excuse - sorry we ran out of glasses .. Sorry we are Busy?? We can't help you .. Front desk Manager tried to help us - Give him credit. 100% Avoid Terrace!!

View of every major landmark in Montreal from one rooftop with a phenomenal vibe for partying and good music. Drink menu is wonderful, not the biggest fan of the food but the vibe for this location makes up for it

Really nice rooftop restaurant, good food and service. Everyone scrambled when it started to rain heavily, and then we were rewarded with a rainbow over the river, and everyone clamoring to get photos. The DJ quickly adjusted the music, playing “somewhere over the rainbow” and a few other themed songs, while we all experienced the joy of a rooftop in Montreal!

Had a great experience at Terrasse Nelligan. Salim was great from start to finish, friendly, attentive, and easy to deal with. He made sure everything was running smoothly and was always checking in without being overbearing. You could tell he takes pride in his work and knows how to take care of customers. Overall, the service was excellent and definitely made the night better. Would come back for sure.
