This is honestly the most disappointing restaurant experience I have ever had. I usually always leave good reviews when I can and I try to be fair, but this time I feel completely disrespected. The wait was extremely long and we were lied to about the timing. The waiter kept giving us false updates and it felt like we were being misled the whole time. My graduation dinner was ruined because of this experience, something I was really looking forward to and will never get back. My friend ordered octopus and we waited one hour and thirty minutes just for one tentacle. The steak was not cooked as asked and had to be sent back but still did not come back correct. The mashed potatoes were cold when they finally arrived. On top of everything, every single bill we received had errors in it, which made the experience even more frustrating and stressful when we were already dealing with everything else. We spent around 300 dollars and I still felt pressured and basically forced to leave a 15 percent tip just because of the situation, which made me feel even worse about the whole experience. I felt ignored and honestly gaslighted by the staff when I tried to ask what was going on. This is my first bad review ever because I usually try to support restaurants but I cannot ignore how bad this experience was. Very disappointed and I would not recommend this place.
