What can I say, my friend and I had taken a late walk in Westmount and found ourselves starving at 9pm. Luckily Taverne was still open and Chef Stefano came to take care of us personally. Super fun and literally the best chilli cheese burger… maybe in the whole city? Thanks for taking care of us Stefano! Eggs are top shelf eh! You were not kidding.

We love coming here—often with my dear friend Victoria, who I’ve known forever—and tonight was especially special celebrating her birthday with my husband Brian. Chef Steve surprised us with a special amuse-bouche that was absolutely incredible. The service was excellent—Kaylee took great care of us throughout the evening. Thank you for such a memorable night. As always, the food was consistently perfect.☺️

Stopped in for a quick after work drink and an appetizer, and it was the perfect way to end the day! One of the best dirty martinis I've had, and those brussel sprouts were incredible 🍸

We got the Valentine's Day table d'hôte. Options were varied and it was quite affordable at 90$ per person. Lots of menu options had an extra cost but it was warranted IMHO. The service and staff are incredible. Gold standard in terms of service and atmosphere. Food was quite good too but to be honest there's better out there. Drinks are extremely well made, shoutout to the bartenders. If it wasn't for the table d'hôte and it's fixed price, I would say it might be a tad expensive for what it is.

Another phenomenal evening at Taverne sur le Square—life is good! Each course was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious and full of vibrant flavours. Thank you to the entire team for your welcoming hospitality and service and sharing your culinary talents. We can’t wait to return!
