Great customer service and food was well seasoned and tender. 10/10
First time we ordered takeout from this restaurant tonight, we got a jumbo griot, a side of rice and peas, and chicken wings. The griot was bone-dry, the chicken wings were very dry and seemed to have been microwaved, and the lettuce looked grey, wilted, and old. The rice and peas: the rice didn't taste very fresh. We were hoping to support a Haitian restaurant, but this was very disappointing, and we won’t be ordering from here again.

Griot was fine but the service was terrible. I’m the one who walked with a smile on my face saying good day how are you and the woman looks at me as if I’m there to rob the place lol what a joke to be in business and not be welcoming and cheerful. I would have turned around had I not been so hungry tbh. I would not recommend nor would I go back.
How are you charging 9$ for one piece of chicken leg? 🤦🏾♀️ 🤦🏾♀️ I want to address my recent experience at your restaurant. The level of customer service I received was extremely disappointing. Being spoken to disrespectfully, called all type of in appropriate names, and yelled at in front of other customers is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. In addition, the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant did not meet basic expectations. This reflects poorly on your establishment. I strongly encourage you to improve both your customer service and overall standards. Poor service and negative experiences will inevitably lead to fewer clients and harm your reputation. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes.
