I tried this restaurant with my husband after a friend recommended it, and I was very impressed. The food was flavorful, and the portion size was on point. Their service was excellent. Santiago was very patient and attend. We will definitely go back.

We visited on a busy Friday night but managed to get seated without a reservation! The quesabirria was DELICIOUS but unfortunately the other dishes fell a little flat. The tres leches cake was dry. The music was also extremely loud so we had to yell to be heard by the person beside us.

Food was not bad, but also not particularly good. Service was not rude, but also not warm or inviting. We were seated in a large black room with windows that have been completely sealed off from light, and huge TV screens that dominate the space playing endless stock footage of Mexican resorts. Its basically a club that sells food by necessity and not the family restaurant I hoped it's be.

Honestly the best tacos you can find in Montreal. The chorizo tacos were on another level, same with the nachos. Very authentic, very good food. Santiago was amazing!

Updating my review.. my second time ordering from them was not pleasant at all We found some weird unidentifiable items in our Carnitas, they were also mostly filled with pieces of fat and The al pastor was really dry. Won’t be reordering from them again.

I was so excited to try this place . The food was great but unfortunately the service ended on a bad note . When the waiter brought me the bill , he added his own extravagant tip . When I adjusted it he got really mad and started badgering me . I would never return there again . So unfortunate because the food was great
