This is one of my family’s favourite restaurants!!!! (My son yells “QUESADILLAS!!!!” every time we drive by) The food and service is excellent! Recently visited with my son and my mother and Kelee took great care of us!

Today we visited Taco & Margarita and had a really great experience. I ordered tacos, and we were pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes — they were very generous. The tacos were juicy and flavorful, with plenty of meat and cheese, exactly how good tacos should be. We were served by Keylee, and the service was excellent. She was very friendly, attentive, and made our visit even more enjoyable

Decided to go here after seeing all the TikTok’s and reviews . For a weekday with only 1 other group of 4 people there I felt the service slow. Ordered the choriqueso. It tasted reheated so the cheese wasn’t fully melted and the flavour was a bit bland . Ordered the birria tacos , those were absolutely delicious , the consommé was perfect . The drinks were good . Passion fruit margaritas was really good .

Me and my boyfriend went to eat here for the first time on Friday evening. Firstly when I tried to make a reservation online earlier in the week it said that they didn’t take reservations Fridays and Saturdays between 6pm and 9pm and when we walked in they asked if we had a reservation because there was a birthday party that seemingly wanted it to be a private event but they still were taking outside customers. They sat us at a horrible table near the door and I had to ask for them to bring us water after 15 min of being sat, then when the waitress finally came to take our order we said we hadn’t decided drinks yet, they never came back to ask our drink order and I again had to ask them if we can order our drinks. Then we got the food and it was so bland we couldn’t even taste the coriander in our tacos and the beef tacos had no marinade whatsoever and my partner got really sick afterward. There are so many Mexican restaurants in Montréal that are better and we really wanted to like this place since it’s a local restaurant to us but after the horrible service and mediocre (overpriced) food and being treated like we were forgotten because there was a larger party, we would have preferred being told the place was reserved for the night and to come back another night. Will not be returning.

We went on a Saturday to celebrate a birthday. And the second time on a Friday night. Both times the food was amazing, someone is singing live to bachata, merengue and salsa. The ambiance was really good and super fun after 11pm. We were served by Letty on the first night. She was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. The second night Alondra served us and was really nice. The quesabirria and the spicy margarita are for sure a must have!

First time there, positively impressed. Great service, friendly and helpful. Food was great, reasonable portions. We really got the Mexican flavors, and en enjoyed the live music and festive environment. It was a treat! I'll be there often now.
