Was at the Laval location last Saturday for an early diner and it was excellent. The kalamata olive walnut hummus and guacamole starter was superb. As a main dish we ordered the stuffed eggplant, wow, that was so good. The waiter who served us was amazing. Thank you, its a very long time since I've actually enjoyed a restaurant outing. Since the pandemic most restaurants have slacked on quantity quality and service, not here!

Went there a Friday night with my girlfriend for date night. the service was amazing, thank you Sabrina and James for making us enjoy date night. the food was well presented, new specials every day (fish, pasta, soup, and creative new dish) Loved the experience, I will certainly have more date nights there.

We had a girls night out so table 51 was the place we chose. The food was excellent, ambiance was great. One thing I’d say is the servers were quite annoying! We had two waitresses for some reason, and they both kept coming back to ask if we were done with our meal when we clearly were not. We were deep in conversation trying to enjoy that I finally just gave up after the third time she came back and told her to just take it. Next time waitresses, please do not interrupt a beautiful evening especially if you still see food on the plate!

Our meal was above average but not fantastic. The service was spot and the atmosphere is great. My steak was large but not much flavor. The pot roast is fantastic.

Absolutely amazing experience at Table 51 in Laval! The food was out of this world — every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. Our server, Andreas, was incredible: attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. The energy of the place was such a vibe — great atmosphere, great people, and overall amazing service. We came from out of province, and this restaurant alone makes us look forward to coming back to Laval. Highly recommend!

food was good, service was good until the waiter (lady brown haired tattoo behind her ear ) came confused about whether we liked the service or not which was weird bc she was tipped 5$ we told her you were tipped she wanted more we tipped her 10 on top of what she already got when the bill was paid . THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY this is about the audacity … this waiter came by our table 3 times .

I've been wanting to come here for the longest time, but then I heard theh were renovating....finally after all these months I was able to come here. And well all I could say was the food and service was spectacular. Our waitress Maro was amazing and kind, the other workers were also attentive from filling up our water or getting rid of our plates. The restaurant was pretty and clean, very modern with mirrors and lights. The food was amazing, we took the taquitos, the beef bao bun. The beet salad. The braised beef with mashed potato, was falling off the bone, we also took the mushrooms as an extra side. All were so yummy and delicious. We ended things with the fried oreos and there were the cherry on top. I cant wait to go back to eat the same things and also to try other things on the menu. Definitely a must.

Overall Rating: 3/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 | Food: 3/5 | Service: 3/5 We returned to Table 51 with high hopes based on previous positive experiences, but our most recent visit revealed some inconsistencies that impacted our overall enjoyment. Atmosphere: The restaurant maintains its vibrant, energetic atmosphere. The space was buzzing with conversation and filled with patrons clearly enjoying their meals and company. The decor and ambiance remain strong points, creating an inviting and lively setting. Service: Staff were universally friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. However, we noticed organizational challenges with multiple servers attending our table without clear communication about who was responsible for which orders (drinks, appetizers, mains). This led to some confusion in service flow. While our waitress was pleasant when we declined two undrunk cocktails and requested wine instead, she didn't inquire about the reason for our dissatisfaction. Similarly, no one checked about our appetizers, missing an opportunity to address the hummus issue immediately. Food: The meal was a mix of highlights and disappointments. For starters, the steak and cheese taquitos were exceptional, and the popped rock shrimp delivered an incredible crunch. The guacamole, pitas, and chips were also excellent. However, the hummus was underwhelming—lacking seasoning and presenting a grainy texture that suggested either unpeeled chickpeas or inadequate blending technique. For mains, the Mediterranean seabass special was cooked well, but the side combination of rice and edamame felt mismatched. Serving these elements separately with seasoned edamame might have worked better. Our cocktail experience was disappointing enough that we left two of three glasses largely full and switched to wine, though the reason for our dissatisfaction went unaddressed by staff. Verdict: Table 51 shows promise with its energetic atmosphere and some standout dishes, but attention to detail in both kitchen preparation and service communication needs improvement. We hope these observations help them return to the consistency we previously enjoyed.
