Bon service. Go habs go
This is based on the "All you can eat" menu which is a featured attraction. The food tasted good, like other sushi places, however the lack on items or should I say the lack of proper sushi is the a reason why this is getting a low score. The menu was the "American" menu with other odd none asian ingredients like goat cheese and pesto. An other reason is at around 5pm they ran out a salmon but had an abundance of smoke salmon and spicy tartar salmon. Rice was also inconsistent, for sushis we got sushi rice but for poke bowls we got Jasmine rice. Sushi is supposed to be simple items like sashimi which it isn't found on the menu. The atmosphere is great however it is tio much nightclub-ish and low lite. However overall great. Service was the greatest, the staff was great and funny and know the menu quite well. Bonus points, they have touch sensors cubes on table if you need service or on the same cube, want the check. Allowing easy communication in the restaurant over the nightclub-ish music.

Extremely slow…. l've never waited this long between rounds. They didn't even bring our last order after waiting 45 mins.

Best location of Sushi X in Québec city in my opinion. The music isn’t too loud, the atmosphere is set up in a logical, comfy way. The service is fast and the food is always excellent!!!
