These people are incompetent at they’re own jobs they’re rude have no respect especially the tall man and the lady and the skinny guy who makes the sushi I’ve never had a worse experience then this they make the the order whenever they feel like it the tall man said and I quote “ On commande quand on juge le moment opportun.TRANSLATION we make the order when we feel the times right“ worst store I’ve gone to in my life your better off going to sushi st sauver yuzu sushi and sushi shop in fact I would rather go to metro for sushi then there over all sushi taxi stinks and STAY AWAY FROM THE ONE HERE UP NORTH

No bag was given to wrap my order of $185.00 On the way out someone ran in to me and all the boxes fell. No sushi on the floor but boxes flipped. So presentation once order was arrived at home was very deceiving !!!! Just give bags please !!!!!

I ordered dinner for delivery. Sushi Taxi uses Uber. The driver left our food in our driveway. He didn’t bring it to the house. We only discovered the food 30 minutes after delivery after going searching for it. I called the restaurant and they didn’t care. They told me to look up the Uber phone number online and call them. Of course, you can’t just call Uber. We paid $20 (including tip) for this delivery. Terrible service and I will not order from Sushi Taxi again if they’re not willing to even speak with their delivery supplier on a customer’s behalf.

Our fave sushi spot in the area. Great food, but service is a bit slow.
I have been a client since 2004! I purchased the food minimum 1 time a week for the past 22 years. Just imagine the $$$ spent in this establishment. During the years, I have seen different administrations and different employes which have come and gone. The top chef in this restaurant was the Japanese chef! He was just BRILLANT and his food was 100% top notch. I continue to buy at this restaurant but have decreased the quantity by a lot. Since the last year, I’ve seen a good decrease of quality and the flavors and ingredients are not constant. The Sushi’s are not well prepared. In my last 5 orders, I have had mistakes, pieces missing, not the correct sort of pieces ordered, or the sushi’s fall apart when you try to eat them. I mainly order by phone to make certain to speak to a person for a correct order, but these last orders always had mistakes. In this day and age even through you have been a repetitive costumer for 22 years, just does not make any difference. Your treated exactly like the one-time costumer. That’s the thanks you get for having helped a business grow.
Platform is very easy to use but I was missing a roll and the extra ginger I asked. Coming from Montreal I would have prefer a refund vs a credit on my account. Which they did at the end so was very happy. The service was not very friendly although I understand that Friday nights are very busy

We used to enjoy this place, but on recent visit we were told a new policy where 2,50 added per roll when requested for non gluten customer. Other sushi taxi locations never requested that. When we asked the waitress to explain this policy she could not and suggested we talk to management. When asked to call sais so mngt, they said they could not. Clearly this place will not receive our clientele in the future. Just read the managers response, definitely never going back.

Called in to order and went to pick it up ! It was not ready so I had to wait … about 30-40 min sushi was average ! Not great !
