When we arrived, there were no other customers in the establishment. The employee greeted us while playing on his phone and continued doing so as we placed our order, barely paying attention to us. Moreover, while we were ordering, he tried to persuade us to change our selection and offered discounted items, which came across as an attempt to give us pre-made food instead of preparing what we actually chose. After the order was placed, the situation did not improve. Despite us being the only customers, we had to stand and wait while he continued using his phone before even starting to prepare our order. This kind of attitude feels unprofessional and disrespectful. Service is a key part of any dining experience, and in this case it was at a very low level. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.
