AVOID! Very rude ownership. I ordered online and went in for pickup. When I gave my name, the cashier was about to hand me my food when the owner interrupted, rudely demanding to see my order confirmation. When I explained I didn't have it open, she made a dismissive gesture for me to go away instead of asking politely. I heard from my friend about this lady however never witnessed this behaviour. I have been a long-time customer here and have never been treated this way. Looks like I am done with this sushi shop. When I finally found the receipt in my email, her tone suddenly changed. I’m shocked that an owner would act like this, it’s bad for business. Sushi Shop should be careful about who they grant franchises to, as this behavior damages the entire brand. A total lack of customer service skills!

I've been at multiple Sushi Shops in Montreal and this is by far my favorite location. The staff is very nice, the quality is excellent and consistent + the service is always quick. If you are looking for a good Sushi spot in Verdun, this is the place to go.

Very pleased with the food quality and very consistent with the flavours! Every order is full of surprise and the staff takes great care about the ingredients used on their menu. The price is reasonable! Staffs are always friendly and super polite. I highly recommend the spot for a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere all year round! It's a pure GEM in the neighbourhood! Keep up with the great vibe!

Such a reliable sushi take-out spot. I travel to come to this specific location. Food is crafted with care, the fish is always generous and fresh. The presentation is made with attention and care. Thank you, please keep it up.
