top notch experience with the store. Rice is the foundation of a good shusi dish. The rice has good texture, firm and supple, hugged together by chef not squeezed, good balance of venigar, salt and hint of sugar. The fish is fresh. The restaurent looks like very clean. Stong recommendation.

Even though this sushi shop is part of a chain, the quality here genuinely exceeds expectations—honestly comparable to some high-end sushi spots. The freshness and texture are outstanding: the fish tastes clean and vibrant with a firm, satisfying bite, and the rice is done just right in both temperature and balance, making everything feel light, refined, and never heavy. Even with a variety platter like the one in the photo, every piece holds a consistently high standard, with details you can really savor. I’ve been here several times now, and what impresses me most is how consistent they are. Every time I tell myself I’ll stop, and every time I end up eating until I’m a little too full—because it’s just that good. But it’s the kind of “too full” that comes with pure happiness. My kids especially love avocado sushi, and whenever I ask for a separate portion just for them, the owner and staff are always happy to accommodate. They’re consistently kind, patient, and genuinely attentive to what I’m requesting, which makes you feel truly taken care of. Watching them prepare the food, you can tell this isn’t an assembly line rushing through orders—they treat every piece with care. When you take a bite and chew slowly, you can feel that thoughtful restraint and craftsmanship—like they’ve wrapped a little warmth into it, too. For me, this isn’t just sushi—it’s comforting, healing food that makes you feel looked after. I’ll definitely be back, and I truly recommend it to anyone who loves good sushi.

This is the best sushi restaurant in the montréal.The ingredients are very fresh,full of portions,and the service is also very thoughtful. Overall experience is very good,and it’s the most satisfying sushi I have ever eaten. I will definitely buy it back as usual.
