The salmon was so incredibly fresh, it felt like it literally just jumped out of the ocean and into my bowl! Everything else from the veggies to the toppings was super fresh too. ​The Poke Salmon Passion Fruit combo is such a unique and amazing discovery! Both the Poke Salmon and Poke Chicken Mango are packed with generous portions, and having them with fried rice made the meal so hearty and satisfying. I’m about to burst, but I’m so happy! 200% coming back for sure. ❤️

Fast service, delicious food (recommended the lotus combo and the general tao bowl), and overall a great experience. Our cashier staff, Sydney L, was very friendly and a real pro. She really made this dining experience extra easy and enjoyable.

We tried to order a plateau for the team and they said there is a wait time of 2 1/2 h which doesn’t make sense , took my business elsewhere

Last night I ordered 2 Sumomaki (Dragon eye and Philly. When my dad brought home I thought that I had gotten to wrong order. I immediately called the Sushi Shop in Dollard Des Ormeaux and get the manger Sydney on the phone. I explained to her what had happened and she assured me that she had packaged my order herself. She asked if I could take a picture of what I received and send it to her personal cell phone. As I proceeded to send the picture I realized that it was my error and I had in fact received the correct order. She called me back immediately and I could only apologize for my mistake. She was soooo nice, she told me not to apologize and at least we figured it all out. She even texted me about and 1hr later to see if we enjoyed the sushi. 5 stars (if I could give more stars I would) to Sydney at the Dollard location for being such an awesome person. We will definitely be ordering from there again. That was great customer service.

Updated 02/09 - Again a disappointment with this location… 6:50 pm and they are no longer taking orders because they’ve run out of rice. You’re a sushi restaurant. How in the world can you run out of rice? This location is great when they can actually service you but be warned, you’re taking a gamble every time you go! Order regularly and food is always good. That said, hours of operations are misleading. On two occasions arrived at 7:15-7:20pm to order a single poke bowl and was turned away and told I could only purchase what was left in the fridge display. Both times there was only a 2-3 prepacked rolls available, 3 employees working and they were clearly still making orders for what I assume were online orders. Store hours go until 8pm. Fully realize there’s a cleanup required at the end of the day, but if you’ll stop taking walk-in nearly an hour before closing, you should really adjust the shop hours.
