Im from America and ive had lots of sushi but no matter how you score it sushi samurai wins in both taste and service! The food was amazing, the vib was chill, the music was good, and our server Jack was one of the nicest people ive met since ive been here. Not only will I be telling all of my friends about Sushi samurai but I'll be making another trip to Quebec just to come again myself!! 11/10!

I just came back from Mexico and had to eat sushi upon my return. The food is still fresh and top quality. So happy to see Jacques as he is always in good humour. Thank you. Patience is a virtue. Love him or hate him Jacques is the best server. He is misunderstood most of the time. He takes great pride in his work and works very hard to ensure the restaurant runs well. He works for the equivalent of 3 people. A great leader. I love this AUYC eat sushi bar. Food is fresh and affordable and clean ingredients. Thank you Jackie Chan for great service. Lolol

The best sushi bar restaurant in the North, East, West, and South. Best all you can eat sushi bar. Fast and efficient service. Clean and tidy. Toilets also clean. Jacques is best host and professional. He cares for his customers. Families and big groups are well treated. Suggest going on Wednesday nights less busy than weekends. We support local small businesses. Highly recommended!!! Best. A+++.

The best AUCE sushi restaurant in town. Fresh and top quality ingredients. Great and quick service from Jacques and Michel. Great tandem. Sushi and General Tao chicken and shrimp tempuras and mussels are a must try. Will return.

Saturday night, service was too slow. Stayed there for 2 hours and half. We were still hungry but we had other activities to do so we couldn't stay there forever. The food tasted good but the sushi had way too much rice.
