First time visiting them with NEW OWNERSHIP and NEW TEAM. Celine the chef and Johnny were very professional and greeted me with just the perfect energy. The food looks amazing and fresh they even added extra goodies for my takeout 🤩. They’re very attentive to if you may have any questions and they’re there to help you out to have the best experience possible 😋.

Horrible! Do not order from here, we waited 3 hours, we called, manager screamed and hung on us and after we called, they added an hour on our wait time. Never get food from here.

Horrible, wait time 3h and mean manager who screamed at us and then hung up on us. The manager tried to put the blame on door dash. Find a better place to spend your money.

If there was a 0 star I would put it. Ordered with uber and waited 3 hours, finally got in touch with an uber agent to cancel without a fee thank god. Told my uber driver to ask them why it took 3 hours and he said they had nothing to say. DISGUSTING customer service. Also I don’t understand why they have a phone if they don’t answer it. Called them 9 times no answer

AVOID! Egregious wait time! Temps d'attente absurde! Do not order, they say they focus on quality, but they are obviously understaffed and cheap. Save the time and money, Sushi Shop is better.
