Completely unable to manage orders and wait times. Historically always show up 15+ minutes after the "expected ready" time to avoid waiting too long in person. This week ordered at 5:42, expected ready 6:27 - still wasn't ready at 7:30 after waiting 45 minutes at the shop... which is ridiculous. Asked to cancel my order and refund. Never going back there again. Ordered at Subarashi and it was ready in 45 minutes.
