We are very sorry about that. I have talked to my employees who worked that day. Our sushi chef has confirmed with me that they wanted to provide you the 28 pieces without shrimps and crabs since you have allergy with these ingredients. However, our new cashier maybe misunderstood the meaning of the sushi chef, or he did not explain to you very clearly. We would like to clarify that our sushi are all fresh made in store. And with the people with allergies, we would highly recommend them to order by items, since the combo are chef`s choices, when in rush hours, we are afraid of preparing the combo habitually, it is more chances to make mistakes, and it will take longer wait time as well. And thank you for your review, so we know we have to train our cashier how to communicate with our clients.
