I ordered a $15 sushi from Uber Eats and then I saw the menu that the price of their sushi was $10. The person after got the excuse that they have out of the rice and didn't accept the second order that I get from the menu. So rude. One star!

Bonjour Sadegh, merci de nous avoir écrit, et désolés pour cette expérience. Pour les prix : ceux sur Uber Eats ne sont pas les mêmes qu'en restaurant, car la plateforme prend sa commission — d'où la différence entre le 15 $ en ligne et le 10 $ en salle. Pour le riz : on le cuit frais, par lots, tout au long de la journée. Quand il n'y en a plus, on préfère vous le dire honnêtement. Et on tient à vous dire une chose : on accueille chaque client avec sincérité. Si nos mots ont mal passé, c'est que le français n'est pas notre langue première — ce n'était jamais un manque de respect. On espère vous revoir. Merci beaucoup.

The cook took my order after closing time, really nice of him. Item were fresh and portion was perfect.

Automatically accepts orders on doordash and says it will be delivered in 15 mins, marks it as being prepared then makes the order in 2hours. unhonest way of working

Promettre quinze minutes et en prendre deux heures, c'est inacceptable, et je comprends que cela ait pu sembler malhonnête : ce n'était pas notre intention. En période de pointe, nos délais affichés sur DoorDash n'ont simplement pas suivi, et c'est entièrement notre faute — nos paramètres ont été corrigés depuis. Bon à savoir : sur notre propre site, c'est vous qui choisissez votre heure de ramassage, pour un délai plus court et plus fiable. We've ordered from Sushi Sama a few times, and the quality has definitely improved since they first opened. The sushi is always fresh, and everything tastes great. The owner also seems genuinely kind and welcoming. We'll definitely be ordering more often.

Really impressed by the sushi here. Really delicious and well made. Probably the best Sushi Sama I've been to ! David is amazing and very generous as well. Definitely recommend here!

Got the supreme and sama poke bowl. The ratio of rice and veggies to the fish was just right. The bowls were also saucy and not dry and the fish tasted fresh and didn’t smell weird. Owner was very hospitable and very kind. This restaurant deserves to be recognized for its food but also for its freshness and its authenticity.

We got the sama poke bowl and supreme poke bowl, we were so amazed by the freshness of the fish, the quantity and the flavors! The owner was so kind and made sure we enjoyed our meal. Would come back 100%!

The restaurant doesn't have a good atmosphere. It is cool and messy inside. The food is not bad but you would not want to retourn twice.

As good as the sushi is here, I’ve ordered here for the last time today. I am a regular here. Today, what i saw was appalling. They treat customers like crap. I understand St Valentine’s day is busy but when i see them refuse orders, screaming at customers or tell some that their orders will be ready only in one or two hours. I will buy my sushi elsewhere. Hire more people or take less orders. It’s not that complicated. Bonne chance si vous avez commandé sur le site ou par téléphone. Service a la clientèle non existant. Les gens ici se foutent de leur clients. Je vous conseille fortement d’acheter votre sushi ailleurs. Je donnerais -5 étoiles si je pouvais

Standing there for 20 minutes, employees dont even acknowledge your presence. I was there to pick up an order that was placed online only to find out they haven’t completed the order. Waste of time
