Tried to order but they did not answer the phone, it went to a voicemail saying "We are closed, until further notice", so I was not comfortable ordering online. Went to the location and they were indeed open, I was asked if I ordered ahead and I replied, no as the phone was not being answered. The employee's reply was that their phone didn't ring... No apologies for the inconvenience or anything. Decided to go elsewhere as I was advised an order would take close to 30 min. As a side note, also tried calling the next closest location to see if they were aware of this location being closed and they did not answer better. Do better Sushi Sama!

Sushi is 2/5. Not great, but not bad per se. I didn’t enjoy it but others didn’t mind it as much. Even with applying all of the sauces, bland overall. Completely ignoring your customer’s request gives it an overall rating of 1/5.

Everything is just so perfect here. Delivered to my work it was quick and delicious! I would recommend that spot for craving sushi.

Placed an order on uber was given a time frame. The order arrived 2 hours after the given time frame. When we called the restaurant they were less than helpful telling us there’s nothing they can do and didn’t offer anything extra. If you like waiting 2+ hours for mediocre food you should definitely order from here!

Very poor service. Waited over 90min for online order - restaurant was less than helpful when called for updates. Will be last time ordering from them. Save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else.

Made an order on uber for pickup and orignal pick up time was 45 minutes , time was increased to 1.5 hours. When was notified that the order was ready I went to pick it up and it was not at all ready. Told there would be a 5 minute wait time…… waited 25 minutes. The staff was rude to the uber drivers around( in front of other customers) the staff was swearing and one of the staff members were wearing flip flops ???? Questionable choice and is that up to code ? Honestly gave me a really bad vibe of the place and won’t be going back…… they treat client sans uber drives badly and lie about their wait time's
