Not good
An excellent Japanese restaurant with reasonable prices and consistently delicious sushi. The fish tastes very fresh, and the staff greet you with genuine friendliness from start to finish. The atmosphere has a good vibe, relaxed yet lively. Definitely worth returning to for another satisfying meal. The playlist is epic.
Quick and easy pick up
The quality of the rice tasted like day old sushi, not impressed, we used to love sushi sama in DDO! Hope you guys get your A game back in order.

Horrible quality, no flavour, stuffed with panko and veg barely any fish. Super disappointed. On top of it, took forever to be delivered. Honestly, I could have made my sushi by the time I got this! Never again
Unfortunately I wanted to give the franchise another shot but I was very disappointed in both the service and food quality. I ordered a sashimi platter and it took over an hour to get it. By the time it was ready and I tasted the fish, the tuna tasted funky and I couldn’t finish those cuts. I will not be visiting another sushi sama again.
since it stated here on Google that their shop “closes soon” at 8:30pm, i called at 8pm in order to place a takeout order– only to be met with an answering machine stating that they are currently closed. a few years ago, it was the same exact outcome except i had called at 7:45pm. gave another chance, it backfired. never again. there’s no point to operate a business, when you don’t want business. simple as that. *update: other reviews can corroborate this, as quite a few people have experienced the same thing.
Very fresh and accommodating. I like coming here to get a bite to eat every once in a while.
Although we have ordered many times from here and love the sushi, the lady who served us for takeout was very unpleasant to talk to.

Cashier was really nice. Chef was really quite rude when we asked about getting fish free items. Said he would guarantee it would be contaminated. Oh well, go elsewhere. Food very average anyways.

Tried to order but they did not answer the phone, it went to a voicemail saying "We are closed, until further notice", so I was not comfortable ordering online. Went to the location and they were indeed open, I was asked if I ordered ahead and I replied, no as the phone was not being answered. The employee's reply was that their phone didn't ring... No apologies for the inconvenience or anything. Decided to go elsewhere as I was advised an order would take close to 30 min. As a side note, also tried calling the next closest location to see if they were aware of this location being closed and they did not answer better. Do better Sushi Sama!
Sushi is 2/5. Not great, but not bad per se. I didn’t enjoy it but others didn’t mind it as much. Even with applying all of the sauces, bland overall. Completely ignoring your customer’s request gives it an overall rating of 1/5.

Everything is just so perfect here. Delivered to my work it was quick and delicious! I would recommend that spot for craving sushi.
Placed an order on uber was given a time frame. The order arrived 2 hours after the given time frame. When we called the restaurant they were less than helpful telling us there’s nothing they can do and didn’t offer anything extra. If you like waiting 2+ hours for mediocre food you should definitely order from here!
Very poor service. Waited over 90min for online order - restaurant was less than helpful when called for updates. Will be last time ordering from them. Save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else.
No taste poor quality ingredients you won’t get sick but you won’t enjoy it… don’t waist your time.
Made an order on uber for pickup and orignal pick up time was 45 minutes , time was increased to 1.5 hours. When was notified that the order was ready I went to pick it up and it was not at all ready. Told there would be a 5 minute wait time…… waited 25 minutes. The staff was rude to the uber drivers around( in front of other customers) the staff was swearing and one of the staff members were wearing flip flops ???? Questionable choice and is that up to code ? Honestly gave me a really bad vibe of the place and won’t be going back…… they treat client sans uber drives badly and lie about their wait time's
