I ordered the 52 piece chefs platter for delivery. Everything was soggy.The fish was waterlogged, the rice was so wet it was see through and the avocado was slop. Everything was so wet there was liquid at the bottom of my tray. Never again.

I never felt sick like that after going to a all you can eat sushi , plus the girl was kinda rude rooling her eyes and for this prices i wish they had more choices.

Terrible place. Bad service. Keep an eye out for the salmon quality. Dirty place, dirty kitchen. Management running a circus. To the young servers, change jobs.

Great spot in the West Island area. Since the new ownership, the quality of food and service both improved dramatically. Loved the special menu items that you don't see in other sushi places. Very fast service and extremely polite staff. Will come again!

This used to be my favorite restaurant for all-you-can-eat sushi. Unfortunately, on my last two visits, the quality has declined. I went back Saturday night. I have to say that, for the second time in a row, the sushi was disappointing. The maki were poorly rolled and kept falling apart. They use way too much rice. You can tell sushi is pre-rolled when the tempura isn't crisp anymore. To be sure, I ordered a handroll, which can't be made in advance. My handroll was fresh. The nori seaweed was crispy, and so was the tempura, but there was really too much rice. One of the reasons I always go back to this restaurant is for the kitchen dishes. Yesterday, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The service is very fast, admittedly, but I prefer to wait a bit and be served hot. Some of our fried dishes were cold, like the fried scallops, takoyaki, and tempura. My favorite dish at Hin is the lamb skewers. Yesterday, they used too much seasoning, and the second portion I ordered underneath was burnt. I usually come on weekends. I find it's better during the week, perhaps because they're less busy and take the time to prepare orders properly. Overall, the service is always good. The servers always make sure our water glasses are refilled and consistently clear our plates. Hopefully they will improve the quality of the food back.

I went to Sushi Hin 3 weeks ago! Thefood quality was amazing, better than all the sushi restaurants nearby. The manager was very warm and welcoming! He offered us some signutarue dish of sushi. They taste amazing! I 100% recommend this place specialo over Matsuno they are 100 times better

Had reservations for 7pm, was not greeted. When I finally got attended I was asked if I had reservations multiple times . If they are organizing they would have seen that my name is on the reservation list. Overall. I was not impressed, there are better sushi places out there . I would not return .

Me and my boyfriend ordered sushi from here, a platter of around 60. The quality of the sushi was really bad, and for some reason almost all the pieces had cream cheese despite not being mentioned as such. Was a bummer, wouldn't suggest getting from here.

This was our first visit, and unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. We arrived at 8:00 PM and placed our first order shortly after. By 9:00 PM, we still had not received all the items from that first order. We placed a second order around 8:30 PM, and by 9:15 PM, we were still missing items from both orders. Around that same time, a waiter informed us that last call was at 9:30 PM, so we ordered dessert and asked for our bill. We received the bill within one minute, but never received our desserts at all. Despite asking two different waiters about our missing items, nothing ever arrived. At that point, we were already frustrated and unsatisfied, so we paid and left. We ended up paying around $55 (taxes and tip included) for an awful experience. The service was extremely slow, the staff was dismissive, and the food was not fresh. Overall, this was not worth the price, and we will not be returning.

Amazing AYCE sushi. Their sashimi portions are great, their tataki are amazing. And we always get their hand rolls too! Nigiris have too much rice though so need to eat them with extra sashimi to balance the ratio

I went in excited to try this new restaurant and ordered three dishes plus a wonton soup from the all-you-can-eat menu. When the food arrived, I was honestly surprised by how large the portions were. There is **nothing on the menu indicating that the portions are meant for two people**, so I called the waiter to ask if smaller portions could be made upon request. I explained that it was a lot of food and I might not be able to finish everything. His response was simply, *“Try your best.”* I ordered the pad thai, salt and pepper chicken, and orange beef. After eating about half of the food, I started feeling nauseous. I then informed the waiter that I am **pregnant** and could no longer eat. Since the meal was **$29** and I was not planning on ordering more food, I asked if I could take the remaining food home so it wouldn’t go to waste. He told me it would cost an additional **$6**. I explained again that I understood their policy, but given my situation, I couldn’t continue eating and didn’t want to waste food. He then told me that whether I left leftovers or took them to go, I would still be charged extra. Feeling pressured, I forced myself to finish all the meat and left about 25% of the noodles. When the waiter returned, I expressed my dissatisfaction and acknowledged that I was aware of their policy, but felt this should have been treated as an exception. I was very direct and told him I would not be tipping due to the service, and that it was the worst service I’ve experienced. Before leaving, I spoke to the lady at the counter and explained the entire situation. Her response was simply, *“We have a policy,”* with no empathy or willingness to understand the circumstances. Honestly, this was **the worst dining experience I’ve had**. I’m giving **2 stars only because the food itself was good**, but customer service and basic compassion were completely lacking. Management really needs to learn how to accommodate and empathize with their customers—especially in situations like this.

Food wasnt great this time, sushi rolls were sticky.. chewy like a gum.. and food in general didnt feel fresh.. but the sashimi and crevettes were good as usual i guess. Service was like street food service not very elegant.. I dont know maybe it is bad to come to one place very frequently as you become so familiar to the place which makes the welcoming, the service, the food, and the atmosphere below normal, it just become😏..

Pretty average AYCE sushi. Service was efficient, food arrived fast, and ordering on the phone was simple and convenient. No major complaints, just nothing that really stood out.
