Food is good but the service is awful. Servers are rude, on their phones all the time and will make you feel like you're bothering them by asking for the menu 10 minutes after being seated. It's located in Aylmer Gatineau but you won't be able to be served in French. It remains our go-to place because the quality is there and we know what to expect when it comes to service.

We recently visited this sushi place and had a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. We loved the order‑as‑much‑as‑you‑like setup, it made the meal feel relaxed and fun, and the per‑person pricing kept everything simple. The restaurant itself was very clean and well‑kept, which added to the comfort of the whole visit. The service stood out right away. Our waitress was friendly, quick, and attentive, and our orders came out smoothly without long waits. Most importantly, the sushi was fresh, flavorful, and nicely prepared, which made the experience feel like great value for what we paid. Overall, we left feeling satisfied and happy with our visit. It’s the kind of spot we’d gladly return to when we’re craving good sushi in a welcoming atmosphere.

I’m glad that I didn’t get the buffet and just got takeout because I would’ve been royally pissed if I had to pay for the extra pieces of sushi I didn’t eat because they were NASTY. This is the type of place that should PAY YOU to eat there! The food was honestly disgusting. The seaweed salad had a weird aftertaste, almost like Stevia. The Spicy salmon roll was criminally bad. It’s supposed to be tempura batter mix with salmon, but it was mostly batter and tasted disgusting. The tuna was chew and gross. The salmon was decent for the price. Overall, It was bland and nasty. Plus, their soy sauce is way too salty. It’s like they’re trying to make up for the blandness of their food with overly salty soy sauce packets. You might as well go to the Provigo grocery store in the same plaza and get their sushi because it’ll be better.
