The employee Andrew insulted me multiple times and said I have aids. He called me a slur for having painted nails, and was incredibly homophobic. Made comments on how he's an engineer and makes more money than me. Please get rid of him, as he is clearly unfit to work with customers and should be severely reprimanded.

I tried ordering online to avoid waiting with my infant, but had to reorder in-store because staff were busy and didn’t prioritize online orders. Strangely, the app still showed my order as “prepared”.
