The women that worked today at 20:45 was a sweetheart. My card wasnt workimg and she waited for me to go get money even if she was closing soon. Thank you for your empathy.

I had a very disappointing experience at Subway. I placed an order and sent my friend to pick it up because I am currently unable to walk. My friend had both the order screenshots and the confirmation number, yet the staff member at the front refused to hand over the order. When I called to explain the situation, the lady I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. She refused to provide any solution or refund, even after I clearly explained that I could not come in person and that I was at work without a break to even get food elsewhere. This was not just inconvenient but very frustrating and insensitive. I expected at least basic understanding and customer service, but instead received poor treatment and no support. Would not recommend based on this experience.
