Not to be mean or anything, but the staff as of right now is undertrained, clueless, disrespectful, mean, and can only be explained by being ran through nepotism. You CANNOT convince me that this crude old woman who couldn't build a sub with 4 ingredients and the right sauce (plus tried to gaslight me into believing that's what I ordered) takes precedence over youth who actually need experience and could do the job well. I rarely ever write reviews, but this one just left me wondering about the kinds of people managing these locations and the state of the job market right now. I advise looking elsewhere rather than supporting this junk place.
