Horrible service at this location at 3500 boulevard Côte-Vertu working the shift May 29 at 5:10 pm. I placed an online order over an hour prior to my selected pick-up time, with a scheduled pick-up time selected on my app when ordering. I needed to do a very quick pick-up. The two guys kept saying my proof of order wasn’t what they were looking for on my app. I had an Order History showing the date and my order. They didn’t accept it because my app didn’t display it in their typical way. I gave my name and my full order plus showed my order history clearly showing the date and my food order, and they still argued it with me for 10 minutes, making me late! Plus they didn’t include a fork and had my bag stapled shut so I just ran out of the store when they finally gave me my order because they made me late, then my son opened the bag to eat in the car before arriving to our timed event that he couldn’t be late for. So he wasn’t even able to have his supper that I paid for and had to argue for! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
