Every single time I order from this place on doordash and I call the restaurant to add a little bit of extra sauce (only because theres no option available for extra sauce which store could easily add) they never answer the phone i called the restaurant 9 times tonight back to back and no answer and on other times when I do get answers they're rude and act like im annoying them, I have worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years and I know that answering the phone when youre busy is annoying but its also part of the job.

WARNING: THE ITALIAN WHITE BREAD HERE IS VERY BAD AND STALE. DO NOT EAT IT. HOWEVER, THE VERDUN BRANCH IS MUCH BETTER — THEIR BREAD IS FRESH AND THE QUALITY IS CONSISTENT. HERE, EVEN WHEN TOASTED, THE BREAD IS STILL UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT EDIBLE. I CAN’T BELIEVE THEY SERVE OLD BREAD TO CUSTOMERS. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

Nice, Polite, Respectful, Generous, and Calme Staff (Monday Afternoon) Time: Very Quiet The dinning room are cleaned. 3/3 The washroom is cleaned. 2/2 4x MagSafe Charging are working but it takes a times. 1/2 Scannez on App and automatic paid. Worked! 3/3 Sandwich) The Pizza Sub Sandwich 6 Inch is Good and vegetables. Fair enough warm sandwich. 2/3 Cookies) The Double Chocolate is not the Best Cookie Subway of Lasalle. The Double Cookie is really dry, hard, and less tastier than the white cookie. 1/3 Macadam Cookie tastes ok but it tasted like 3 - 4 days old. 2/3 Beverage) 7 Up and Brisk Lemonade all taste nothing but water. It says no Refills. I explained to the staff *that I have Pour Sprite that has no tasted Sprite. So the staff understand and allow me to dump it in and pour any breverage. Recommend, taste the breverage if it’s good or not before pour it in full. Thank you for my understanding to the staff. 1/3 + 1/3 = 2/3

Possibly the worst Subway I have ever been. The service is awful the try to blame you for their mistake and they clearly don't care about the quality of the food they carry. Three time now I got day old dry bread. Sorry but it's the last time I go there.
