The lady on the reception is very rude she needs to learn some ethics be respectful next time

Extremely rude staff, the Lady don’t know how to behave with customers and it looks like she don’t care at all. Have ordered online, and they made it wrong and heavily skimped on quantity. Definitely not coming back.
