Absolutely terrible experience at this Subway. They cancelled my order without informing me or asking for confirmation, and then completely ignored my calls afterward. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers’ time and money. If you can’t fulfill an order, at least communicate properly instead of leaving customers waiting with no response. Very disappointed with the service and how this situation was handled.

Unfortunately you had called the store to request a cancellation because you thought you had the wrong address
That’s what prompted all this. Nevertheless we prepared the order and hope you enjoyed the food
