I went there not really knowing what I'll eat. Then I saw their 8.99$ daily special and ordered it. The lady who served me was nice, sociable and even proposed me to order a 12 inch for a small difference in price. However, she didn't know the exact price, and since I wasn't that hungry I just took a 6 inch. The cashier (a man) took the time to greet me and realized after that she made the wrong sandwich. Instead of taking it back and remake it he asked if I minded. He still charged me the special price and on top of that, he offered me a free cookie. Sometimes it takes a small gesture and just a nice smile to make someone enjoy their experience. I don't often go to that subway but I had a great experience!
