unfortunately i can't put 0 stars or i would... i have never witnessed this kind of careless service before i went to this location friday at 3:30... and the door was locked even though their sign was on and flashing 'opened'!!! we left and came back to witness other people trying to open the door and having to knock on the glass to get the attention of the worker inside when she finally came to the door , she started saying that she's allowed to have the door locked because she was eating her lunch .. i have never worked at a subway before but i don't think that this is allowed. finally i went in to order and began ordering in english which i didn't know was a crime here in laval, the worker snapped and asked if i know how to speak french to which i responded by restating my order in french after doing this , she snapped again saying that i was doing this all wrong and need to start by telling her what bread i want as someone who never ordered at subway before i did not think i would receive attitude just for telling her what i wanted from the menu before telling her my preferred bread even if i was SO wrong for this i don't understand why i was spoken to so rudely instead of receiving a simple explanation on how their ordering process works im not one to complain about a small interaction but this one left me speechless!!! i do NOT recommend this location
