Two staff were beyond useless. Waiting for my online order for 20 minutes (even went in line and said i p’aced an online order) staff Bianka and an older woman continued to serve other clients that had arrived after me. Not one or two clients but several. I asked for a refund to which i was told «i dont know how » staff attempted to call and text manager (to which i had to wait even longer). Poor poor service. I get times are hard and finding good people to work minimum wage isnt easy, but please do better. Id give this place a 0/10 if i could. Will bring my business elsewhere.
