Ordered a simple 6inch w/ zéro extras and just took a bottle of water: $18!!! What happened to Subway?! 😭 The bottle of water (small) was $5!!! Subway you have to do better. Otherwise customer service from your staff was really good: they work hard, fast and better than some other places.

Another delay and another free meal on Air Canada, this subway accepts their meal vouchers and since you have to spend it all in one visit, I looked for one of the most expensive sandwiches I could get. The steak and cheese barbecue bourbon 12 inch sub. Bread and meat starter guy was super friendly, followed by the newer guy who was expecting me to know how the sandwich was made, but I just wanted how they described it and the random fly that kept flying by was there. I watched closely to make sure that little sucker did not land on my sandwich and it went to the other one, thankfully. The sandwich was good. It could definitely use a bit more meat for the near $20 Canadian. I paid for the sandwich.

Good service but I would appreciate if they put a napkin in the bag when you're ordering takeout. It's messy eating a sandwich in a moving bus haha.

Here's an idea, maybe make sure ur staff can talk & understand English properly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then this woman that was working there appx 3:30am on April 28,2026 proceeded to bad mouth me to a customer that was there, extremely unprofessional, she should be fired!!!!!!!!!

Nice and convenient spot for a quick meal. The staff are friendly and service is fast. Ingredients are fresh and sandwiches are tasty. Clean environment and a good option when you need something quick and satisfying!

I’m back in Montreal and decided to stop by Subway today, and I’m so glad I did! I ordered a footlong tuna, and everything was absolutely perfect. The sandwich was fresh, well-prepared, and tasted amazing. I was helped by a girl wearing a red shirt and glasses, and she was incredibly kind and professional. She paid attention to every detail and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. The customer service truly made the experience even better. Great food and excellent service — I’ll definitely be coming back!
